Our Story

Owner: Jessica Jackson

Deliciously prepared baked goods and sandwiches from our kitchen to yours. 

20 years ago I moved to Florida where I owned and operated two successful small businesses.  Now I have returned to my hometown to offer my delicious baked goods and sandwiches.  Chez Michel French Market and Bakery is a labor of my love of baking and cooking.  Set in a charming old house filled with the addition of locally sourced goods.  Say hello to my lovely daughter Payton as she will greet you with hospitality.  Take a peek in my kitchen and I will bake some goodies from scratch to satisfy your craving.  We appreciate your support.

This is a very cute shoppe! They have multiple cooler cases with lots of delicious looking treats & desserts. I even saw a section for Gluten Free in the cooler case!! They have many different items other than the pastries in the cooler case. I saw house-made pastries (cookies, sweet breads, muffins, scones, mini-donuts), breads, specialty meats and cheeses, salsas, jams, floral elixirs, dried pastas, oils, spreads, relish, mixes and beverages too!
